FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to technical diagnostics of wheeled vehicles. Disclosed is a method for monitoring the technical state of a wheeled vehicle with a hybrid, electric power plant on a bench with support rollers 6, 9 under operating conditions, according to which the vehicle is installed with wheels on support rollers 6, 9 of a test bench, a test mode of diagnostics is set by means of acceleration with the help of a power plant of the wheels of the vehicle and inertial masses 2 of the test bench. During the test, by means of transducers 19, the current flowing through high-voltage wires and consumed by the power plant is recorded, by means of transducer 20 the rotation frequency of the crankshaft of the internal combustion engine is recorded, besides, transducers 1, 14 measure angular velocities and lengthwise responses at vehicle drive wheels to analyse obtained results and to estimate technical condition of wheeled vehicle power plant. Also disclosed is a device for implementing the described method.

EFFECT: solution allows you to expand the diagnostic functionality, increase the information content and efficiency of monitoring the technical condition of wheeled vehicles with a hybrid or electric power plant.
