FIELD: sanitary hygiene; industrial ecology.
SUBSTANCE: water tester contains in-case variable signal generator, sensor, indicator unit, power supply, thermistor. In addition tester contains microcontroller connected to output of variable signal generator, reference resistor, calibration resistor, switch board for series reference resistor, sensor, calibration resistor and thermistor within time-setting generator circuit. The microcontroller is programmable: measured variable signal frequency to be converted to impurity concentration, impurity concentration dependence on temperature, reset adjustment and circuit autocalibration by reference resistor prior to each measurement, generator is RC generator.
EFFECT: invention provides extended range of tested values within increased accuracy of measurements (error reduction), elimination of zero drift.
