FIELD: sanitary.

SUBSTANCE: meter comprises generator of alternative signal, pickup made of two electrodes, indication unit, power source, precision detector made on the basis of differential amplifier, dynamic memory based on the operation amplifier with positive feedback, and active damper made on the basis of operation amplifier with negative feedback. The first electrode of the pickup is ring-shaped. The second electrode of the pickup is made of a solid cylinder and set inside the first one with a ring spaced relation between them. The space is filled with a dielectric material. One section of each electrode face inward of the housing, and the other section projects out to contact with water solution.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
