FIELD: sanitation and industrial ecology; determination of concentration of salts dissolved in water.

SUBSTANCE: proposed meter includes the following components arranged in housing: AC signal generator with sensor made in form of two electrodes which is connected to generator; one section of each electrode is directed inside housing and other section extends outside; meter includes also indication unit, power supply source, thermistor connected with generator, storage unit and comparison unit for signals being measured which are connected between generator and indication unit; storage unit is provided with zero corrector; one electrode is circular in shape and second electrode made in form of solid cylinder is placed inside first electrode at circular clearance which is filled with dielectric material; generator is made in form of autodyne unit.

EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and sensitivity of measurements.
