FIELD: electric engineering.
SUBSTANCE: to make compounding of submersible motor stator winding, a hose is pulled through stator boring, which is fastened by means of sealing plugs represented with fixed shielding caps with cylindrical bushings. As soon as stator is preliminary heated to shield boring from compound, hose is pressed tightly to boring walls due to pressure, and vacuuming is performed. In addition, preheated and gas-free liquid compound is supplied to vacuumed stator hollows.
EFFECT: reduction of timescales and improvement of winding compounding quality and simplification of compounding technique by exclusion of complicated and expensive process equipment.
