FIELD: electromechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of protecting electromechanical and electromagnetic devices for operation in aggressive environment, particularly in salty sea water. Before installing sealing compound is poured in form of a sealed electromagnetic stator device, in said stator is fixed resistant to aggressive working environments hollow rod for subsequent accurate machining compound sealed stator device. In place of subsequent installation of rotor device is securely glued or fastened hollow rod. Stator is based in sealing mould before potting hollow rod. After pouring and solidification of compound stator is extracted from mould and contact surfaces of stator are mechanically processed, based on hollow rod. Rod is ground to thickness of its wall, which provides further backlash-free mobility of rotor device in rod. Rotor is fixed in shell protective from aggressive working medium.
EFFECT: technical result of invention is to provide an electromechanical device for use in an aggressive environment while preserving original performance of device designed for operation under normal climatic conditions.
