FIELD: different branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: device body includes three-phase stator with winding which creates rotating magnetic field, and rotor. The latter is provided with three-phase multiturn winding. Rotor winding leads are connected to plates-electrodes. Rotor is mounted immovably to obtain maximum electromotive force across winding leads. Liquid reservoir is formed between parts of airtight and electrically insulated stator and rotor. Internal surface of inlet and outlet pipe connection is coated with electric insulation layer. EFFECT: higher efficiency of liquid treatment. 4 dwg
