The effect is achieved by transmission of secondary broadcast channel at an object together with a part of material coded from primary broadcast channel. At another object mobile station resets its receiving circuit for reception of one or more parts of secondary broadcast channel after sufficient part is primary broadcast channel is received without confirmed errors. At other object secondary broadcast channels linked with multiple primary broadcast channels are multiplexed to form a single secondary channel.
EFFECT: enhanced capacity.
