FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at food industry for production of meat-and-vegetable tinned food. Tinned food is cooked as follows. Pork is diced and fried all over with vegetable oil; onions are also diced and browned in vegetable oil; vegetable pepper, potatoes and chili are diced and blanched; string beans and parsley are cut and frozen; fresh green peas are frozen. Prepared components are mixed up in no-oxygen and added with table salt and red hot pepper. Produced mixture and bone broth are packed up, tinned and sterilised.
EFFECT: tinned food has improved digestibility.
