FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of fish and vegetable preserves making for space food. Preserves are cooked by skin-free horse-mackerel fillet cutting, frying in melted butter and grinding in mincer, garlic rubbing through and browning in melted butter, tomatoes cutting, blanching and grinding in mincer, freezing and mincer grinding of green onions and peppermint, mixing of specified components with white dry wine, sake, lemon juice, table salt and CO2-extracts of black bitter pepper and red hot pepper, packing of prepared mixture into aluminium tubes with preset ratio of components, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
