FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns "know-how" of fish-and-vegetable tinned food for space feeding. Tinned food is made by the following way. Skinned filleted jack mackerel is fried all over with melted butter and grinded. Garlic is rubbed through and browned with melted butter. Tomatoes are diced, blanched and grinded. Spring onions and cress are frozen and grinded. All listed components are mixed up with white dry wine, sake, lemon juice, table salt and pre-specified micromycetes biomass CO2-extracts, black bitter pepper and red hot pepper. Produced mixture is packed up in aluminium tubes at preset component ratio, tinned and sterilised.
EFFECT: production of tinned food of improved digestibility.
