SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of snack preserved food production. Method of preserved food production includes preparation of recipe components, cutting and blanching of potatoes and onions, blanching and cutting of beetroot and carrots, cutting and freezing of green onions, cutting of shrimp meat and pickled cucumbers, freezing of fresh green peas, mixing of specified components without oxygen access with table salt, packing of prepared mixture and mayonnaise.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
