SUBSTANCE: invention is related to food industry, namely to production of snack preserved food. Preserved food is cooked by cutting and blanching of potatoes and white roots, cutting and blanching of carrots, cutting and blanching of green onions, cutting of scallop meat, freezing of fresh green peas, mixing of mentioned components without oxygen access with acetic acid, table salt, black bitter pepper and allspice tree, packing of prepared mixture and vegetable oil, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
