FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to manufacture of soldered-welded structures, which contain parts made of transition class steel, for instance martensite-ageing steel, and used at cryogenic temperatures, high pressure and vibration. During structure assembly solder is placed in technological groove, which is arranged in the point of soldering on the external surface of nozzle. Structure is assembled with creation of joints for soldering and welding. Around soldered joint of nozzle and guide a layer of material chips is placed, which is partially dissolved in the process of soldering, and then - solder of material that provides formation of dense metal mass together with chips material during soldering, which prevents liquid solder flow out of joints. Parts are soldered at temperature of 1.1-1.15 of temperature of their tempering and then cooled. Guide is soldered with casing, and soldered-welded structure is tempered with further treatment with cold and drawing.
EFFECT: method allows to use high-temperature solders with preservation of high properties of main metal.
