FIELD: resistance- reaction brazing of two-layer constructions of dissimilar materials containing managing steel. SUBSTANCE: resistance-reaction brazing of bimetallic two-layer constructions with the external wale of managing steel and internal wall of bronze was performed. From one side brazing was performed with solder containing silver. Brazing was performed in argon atmosphere at a temperature of 970+-10 C for 30 to 40 min. Constructions were cooled down first to a temperature of 750 to 800 C, held at it for 10 to 30 min, then cooled down to a temperature of minus 65 to 70 C and held at it for 2 to 4 h. Heating was accomplished up to a temperature of 250+-10 C with a holder time for 20 to 30 min. Prior to the brazing process at heating, an isothermal holding is probable at a temperature of 700 to 750 C for 10 to 30 min. EFFECT: enhanced homogeneity of structure of brazed joint and based metal improving mechanical properties and serviceability of constructions is service. 2 cl
