FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: minor automated plant for complex sewage treatment and/or complex treatment of sewage sediments includes sewage collector basin with emergency drain tube, filtering module, outlet tube for processed sediment, filtrate collector tray, and heater. Inside a horizontal cylindrical filtering module a screw connected to an electric drive and reducer is mounted at down displacement against the module, and the heater is mounted in the screw shaft hole. Water-drip flushing system is mounted outside the filtering module axially parallel and concentric to it, encased in a shell axially parallel to the screw and supplied with a venting valve for fermentation gas. Side surface of the filtering module includes a rod frame and metal mesh layers with a layer of water-repellent polymer material, and is connected to the pipes at the ends. Intake tube is connected to a reagent preparation block featuring signaling sensor of reagent level. Filtrate collector tray is connected to the water-drip flush system intake through a pump. Collector basin and filtering module chamber are supplied with sewage level sensors; sewage flow sensor is installed in the outtake tube of the collector basin; and sewage temperature sensor is installed in the side surface of the filtering module. The said sensors are connected electrically to the control unit, which is in turn connected to an electric drive, heater, electric gates of the collector basin, reagent preparation unit, intake tube, outlet tube for processed sediment, and outlet tube of the filtrate collector tray.
EFFECT: enabled plant control automation; reduced energy capacity and plant dimensions.
