FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sewage treatment and utilisation of treatment products as fertilisers. Proposed plant comprises vertical casing coupled with reagent preparation unit. Said casing accommodates heating element, flat filtration element and blade mixer linked with motor and reduction gear via clutches. Treated sewage sediments discharge branch pipe with electrically driven gate valve is coupled with said casing. Sediments level and temperature pickups are built in the casing and connected to control unit. Casing incorporates additionally a standby heating element and conical accumulating tank arranged below filtration element. Said accumulating tank is connected with vacuum compressor and furnished with pressure and filtrate level pickups arranged in succession. Sewage sediments loading branch pipe, motor and reduction gear are mounted on casing cover. Pressure and filtrate level pickups are connected to control unit, in its turn, connected with standby heating element, vacuum compressor and electrically driven gate valve coupled with filtrate discharge branch pipe.
EFFECT: higher degree of sediment dehydration, reduced labor input, stable temperature conditions of treatment.
