FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: glass panel is installed on bending template and is moved through sections of preliminary heating. In sections of preliminary heating glass panel is heated by insufflation of hot air, which is directed to bottom and top sides of glass panel. Air circulates through heating elements, which are equipped with electric resistances. Hot air heats glass panels in sections of preliminary heating up to temperature between 530 and 590°C. Then glass panels are moved to bending section with further cooling of bent panel.
EFFECT: creation of glass heating method up to sagging temperature in different directions.
