FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: this group of inventions relates to regeneration of spent etching solution, including washer fluids from flushing facilities and washer fluids from scrubbers for water wash of air. Method contains a) acid conversion, which contents in treated liquid wastes flows, into its metallic salt, b) water extraction from received metallic salt solution, which almost does not contain acids c) feeding of strong metallic salt solution to the treatment by thermal method for receiving of metal oxides and free acids. Facility contains at least one plant for conversion free acids into their metallic salts, also it contains at least one plant for water extraction from received metallic salt solution and at least one plant for thermal decomposition of metallic salts with receiving metal oxides and free acids.
EFFECT: rising of etching acid extent of regeneration, and also extraction of metal oxides during simultaneous reducing of maintenance charges.
