FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to gas extraction and can be used for lift of liquid out of wells by means of natural gas energy with the use of a plunger in the cases when without additional devices the gas energy is not sufficient for lift of liquid. The essence of the invention is as follows: the method of extraction of liquid out of a gas producer, containing a casing pipe, a production tubing, a plunger and a locking device at a well head consists in determining a zone of beginning of liquid condensation out of a gas flow in the production tubing, then in installing a lower stroke arrester in this zone but not lower than the upper level of a payout bed perforation. The stroke arrester has central and peripheral apertures. At that the plunger, consisting of a separated component and a tubular case, is lowered on the lower stroke arrester thus closing its central aperture while leaving peripheral apertures opened. After accumulation of a condensed liquid above the plunger the locking device at the well head is closed to accumulate a volume of gas beneath the lower arrester and to allow a partial overflow of the condensed liquid under the lower arrester. After that the locking device is opened.

EFFECT: facilitates simplification of the process of liquid lift out a well with a graded by length interior diameter of pipes, if a working gas yield is not sufficient for a plunger lift because of considerable gas leaks in a gap.
