FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to oil and gas producing industry, and namely to design of X-mas tree used at gas wells, in particular, in conditions of active ingress of water and sand. The X-mas tree intended for wells operated in conditions of active ingress of water and sand includes locking devices, T-piece or cross-piece and throttle valve with upstream downhole wellhead baffle for liquids and mechanical impurities, which includes a case with a unit intended for separation of gas-liquid flow into phases installed in its upper part, while its lower part represents a holding tank for liquids and mechanical impurities. In the upper case part there is an inlet tube for gas-liquid flow and in the lower part of the shell there is an outlet tube for gas.

EFFECT: suggested invention allows improving reliability and efficiency of X-mas tree by preventing abrasive wear of the throttle valve and pipeline installed downstream at simultaneous reducing probability of hydrates and ice formation in drain pipelines of liquid and sand removal system without usage of heating elements.
