SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of meat and vegetable preserved food. Method includes preparation of recipe components. Chicken meat is cut and fried in vegetable oil. Garlic is cut and browned in vegetable oil. Onions are cut and blanched. Chili is riced, parsley is blanched and frozen. All components are mixed without oxygen access with table salt. Prepared mixture and lemon juice are packed in containers, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: production of preserved food with high assimilability.
