SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes chicken meat cutting, pickling in lemon juice and roasting in vegetable oil; onion and garlic cutting and roasting in vegetable oil; paprika cutting and blanching; rice boiling up to double mass increasing; fresh green pea freezing. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with dry white wine, tomato paste, table salt and black pepper. Obtained mixture is pre-packed with bone broth, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
