FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of snack preserved food. Method includes preparation of recipe components. Radishes and seaweed wakame are cut and blanched. Garlic is blanched and riced. Lettuce and celery greens are cut and frozen. Skin-free fish fillet, calamaries and shrimp meat are cut. Specified components are mixed without oxygen access with vegetable oil, soy sauce, acetic acid, table salt, calcium acetate, black bitter pepper and bay leaf. Prepared mixture and dry white wine with preset ratio of components are packed in containers, sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
