FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method is carried out by the following way. Skinned filleted cod and shrimp meat are diced, fried all over with vegetable oil and added with table salt, black bitter pepper and bay leaves. Potatoes and onions are diced and browned with vegetable oil. Tomatoes are diced and blanched. Garlic is rubbed through and browned with vegetable oil; parsley greens are sliced and frozen. Garlic and parsley greens are mix up in no-oxygen medium; cheese is rubbed and mixed with dried and finely ground breadcrumbs. Then potatoes and onions mixture, skinned filleted cod and shrimp meat mixture, garlic and parsley greens mixture, tomatoes, cheese and breadcrumbs mixture, and white dry wine are sequentially packed up, tinned and sterilised at specific component ratio.
EFFECT: production of tinned food of improved digestibility.
