SUBSTANCE: invention is related to food industry, namely to production of fish and vegetable preserved food. Preserved food is coked by onions cutting and browning in vegetable oil, garlic blanching and ricing, cutting and freezing of spinach, sorrel and potherbs, mixing of specified components without oxygen access with tomato paste, sugar, table salt and black bitter pepper, cutting of halibut fillet, packing of halibut fillet, prepared mixture and fish broth, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
