FIELD: technology of food products making.
SUBSTANCE: method of preserved food production includes onions cutting, browning in melted butter and grinding in mincer, garlic blanching and ricing, spinach, sorrel and potherbs freezing and grinding in mincer, halibut fillet grinding in mincer, mixing of the aforesaid components with fish broth, tomato paste, sugar, table salt and CO2-extracts of biomass of preset type of micromycete Mortierella or Pythium and black bitter pepper, packing of prepared mixture into aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preserved food for space meals has higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
