SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophtalmosurgery. Knife for performing antiglaucomatous operations contains working part and handle. Working part consists of rectangular base, wich is made in the form of plate. Cutting section is fixed perpendicular to plate, on long side of base. Upper edge of cutting section is sharpened and curved in the form of arch. Arch starts at acute angle from free end of base. Part of arch abuts on free end of base and forms cutting edge. Opposite end of arch is rounded and joined with the front of part base, closer to handle, straight section perpendicular to base. Convexity of cutting edge faces the side opposite to base. Handle is connected to base in the middle of its shorter side.

EFFECT: prevention of micro and/or macroperforations in the area of trabecule or Descemet membrane at reduced local deformations of cornea tissue and sclera.
