FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: clamping device is equipped with clamping housing with polygonal clamping chamber, which used to reside the part being processed. Clamping housing is equipped with clamps, that fix the part in relation to clamping housing, as well as control surfaces, to determine the position of the part along X- and Y-axes. Control surfaces are formed by retention pins, located in recess holes of the clamping housing. At that, retention pins are made from harder material, than clamping housing. Retention pins are of cylindrical shape; at that, recess holes, where the pins are installed, are open in direction of clamping chambers so, that small part of each retention pin is protruded into clamping chamber.
EFFECT: processed part is accurately clamped.
