SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology area and can be applied to obtaining transfected hemopoietic stem cells population of negative differentiation line, isolated from mammal marrow. The population obtained include endothelial precursor cells and targeted at retina activated astrocytes. Cells in the stem cell population are transfected with DNA, coding anti-angiogenic fragment of T2-fragment TrpRS tryptophan RNA synthase. In the stem cell population obtained 50% to 85% cells express CD31, 70% to 75% cells express c-kit, 4% to 8% cells express Sca-1, and 2% to 4% cells express 1/KDR.
EFFECT: developing treatment method for degenerative vascular eye diseases by suppressing retinal angiogenesis in patient eye.
