FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: floor panels are loaded with uniformly distributed load. Sagging value is determined at various loads with the help of levelling and a gauge post. Bearing capacity of a cell is defined. Deformation character of contact joints is defined for the conjunction zone of column faces with floor panel grooves. Strain of the middle part of floor panels and column compression are measured with a mechanical strain gauge. Residual deformation of construction elements after load relieving is determined. Cell tests are carried out after concreting of contact joints and stretching and holding-down of wire-rope fittings, before embedment of rope-wire fitting channels. Frame mesh is loaded by piece weights in 6 stages, leaving each load stage for 3 days, till the rupture load is reached. For more uniform load distribution the cell surface is strewn with 30 mm deep sand layer. Load pieces are laid at distance over 20 mm from each other simultaneously from two sides of columns, the layout finished in the centre of the cell. Vertical shift of panels is measured with clock-type indicators, and all deformations are measured at the most threatening zones according to the measurement procedure.
EFFECT: reliability evaluation for a construction frame unit.
