FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: process of tension of cable reinforcement while manufacturing prefabricated- monolithic floors of buildings with spanner-free frame includes preliminary tension of floors in two mutually orthogonal directions. Cables are tightened in one step, immediately through dowels in curvilinear contour. Tension force of each cable exceeds planned value by half of summary loss of force for friction in bends of columns and on dowels bending cables downwards in all spans. Half of cables, every second cable, is tightened from one side along axis, the other half of cable is tightened from opposite side of axis. EFFECT: shortened technological cycle of erection of spanner-free frame. 4 dwg
