SUBSTANCE: to perform the method of endothelium dysfunction degree diagnostics in essential hypertension cases, complicated by ischemic stroke, patient's peripheral venous blood is centrifuged in ficoll-verografin density gradient p=1.077, and using phase-contrast microscopy, desquamated endotheliocytes count to 100 lymphocytes is fulfilled in 10 viewing fields. If desquamated endotheliocytes count is equal to 1-3 cells, the endothelium dysfunction is assigned as 1st degree, if 4-9 cells - 2nd degree, if 10-16 cells - 3rd degree, if 17 and more cells - 4th degree; in extremely severe endothelium leisure the count achieves 25 cells and more.
EFFECT: invention provides increase in effectiveness of therapy method.
