SUBSTANCE: phase-contrast microscopy is used for desquamated endotheliocyte, terminal blebbing lymphocyte, membrane-released microparticle count in 10 fields of vision at 100 lymphocytes per 4 cm² of a test sample of lymphocyte fraction. It is added with counting lymphocyte aggregates with microparticles and thrombocytes that is followed by determining a degree of manifestation of a cardiovascular pathology if observing at least 2 testifying indicators; if the analysed values are found to deviate from the reference for each degree of manifestation (moderate, manifested, critical), a more severe degree shall be stated.

EFFECT: lower risk of developing severe cardiovascular pathologies, complications, iatrogenic complications; use of the invention enables determining the degree of manifestation of cardiovascular pathology at the level of blood-vasal unit both at the stage of diagnosing of the disease and with underlying therapeutic correction that enables well-timed correction of a therapeutic approach and reducing a risk of severe cardiovascular pathology complications and iatrogenic complications thereof.
