FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in studying of the total concentration indices of nitrite- and nitrates-ions, citrulline, desquamatory endotheliocyte count in blood plasma and calculation of the integrated indicator of endothelial dysfunction (IIED) by means of the factor analysis. If the IIED is 1.25±0.31 standard units, the functional status of endothelium is considered to be normal, while the IIED 0.14±0.09 standard units shows the compensated endothelial dysfunction, and with its value -0.96±0.29 standard units decompensated endothelial dysfunction is observed.
EFFECT: application of the method allows improving the integrated estimation of pathologic functional status of endothelium in the patients with arterial hypertension and its cerebral complications.
