FIELD: radio engineering and communications, possible use as device for amplifying analog signals, in the structure of analog microchips of various functional purposes (for example, in operational amplifiers, comparators).
SUBSTANCE: cascode differential amplifier with expanded range of active operation contains input differential cascade (1), common emitter circuit (2) of which includes supporting current supply (3), made on basis of auxiliary transistor (4), first (5) and second (6) output transistors, bases of which are connected and coupled with shifting voltage supply (7), while the emitter of the transistor (5) is connected to first output (8) of cascade (1) and through first current-stabilizing dipole (9) is connected to bus (10) of first power supply, emitter of transistor (6) is connected to second (11) output of cascade (1) and is connected to bus (10) of power supply through second current-stabilizing dipole (12), collector of transistor (5) is connected to base of third output transistor (13), emitter of which is connected to bus (14) of second power supply and to emitter (4), and collector is connected to collector of transistor (6) and to output of differential amplifier (15). The base of the auxiliary transistor (4) is connected to collector of transistor (5) and to base of transistor (13).
EFFECT: increased efficiency.
