FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in commuted power supply sources with over-current protection. Voltage switch board with load bank protection from over-current includes electronic bug, which supplies power to load bank via current load sensor. Relay element connected to current load sensor output de-energises load bank though logical element OR and trigger if current overload is detected while unit is under transient or steady-state conditions. Thresholds for over-current protection actuation are adjusted by control unit with combinatory logic, voltage switch board connection and disconnection inputs being connected to control unit inputs.

EFFECT: widening of application area and extension of functional capabilities.
