SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of various-purpose structures with varying shape, for example, spacecrafts or parabolic antenna reflectors. The flexible carcass consists of a rigid frame and forming modules made as branches consisting of cylinder working surface elements running one over another and coupled by flexible links laid along their edges. One ends of the flexible links are fastened on the branch ends, while the other ones pass through the frame and are coupled with the control system by flexible links.
