FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has frame with horizontal fork teeth and U-shaped frame formed of front knife and two composite side knives, said knives of U-shaped frame being rigidly connected with one another. Front and side knives have teeth with faces oriented outside. Slot for segments are formed on inner side of said knives. Cutting edges of segments extend beyond teeth. Angular teeth are made composite and attached to front knife shank and to side knife platform. Triangular cutting members are attached to angular teeth. Ends of front and side walls of angular tooth are provided with inclined facets having length exceeding that of cutting members. EFFECT: increased efficiency owing to reduced shear force and reduced operation costs. 6 dwg
