FIELD: technology of food products making.

SUBSTANCE: hen eggs are boiled, peeled and cut. Lettuce is cut and frozen, shrimp meat is cut. The above components are mixed without oxygen access with lemon juice, table salt, potassium citrate, bay leaf and bayberry. Prepared mixture is packed with mayonnaise, sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: higher digestibility.
