FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to preserved food industry. Preservers are prepared by cutting and blanching pine-apples, apples and field mushrooms, cutting and freezing lettuce and parsley, cutting shrimps, blanching and straining garlic, mixing of the listed components in the oxygen free conditions with lemon juice, calcium acetate, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, black bitter pepper and bayberry, packing the obtained mixture and mayonnaise, sealing and sterilising.
EFFECT: new canned food features improved digestibility as compared to a similar dish.
