SUBSTANCE: new preserved food for dietary meals is cooked by boiling, peeling and cutting eggs, cutting and blanching cauliflower, paprika and lemons, cutting and freezing lettuce, cutting chicken, mixing of the mentioned components with table salt and calcium citrate under oxygen free conditions, packing the obtained mixture and mayonnaise, sealing and sterilising.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
