FIELD: technology of food products making.
SUBSTANCE: preserved food is cooked by tomatoes and onions cutting and browning in melted butter, cutting and freezing of parsley, grating of cheese, mixing of the said components without oxygen access with dried and finely ground breadcrumbs, lemon juice, table salt and black bitter pepper, fish fillet cutting and frying in melted butter, rice boiling until mass doubles and frying in melted butter, sequential packing of rice, fish fillet, prepared mixture and fish broth, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: high digestibility.
