FIELD: technology of food products making.
SUBSTANCE: preserved food is cooked by onions cutting, browning in melted butter and grinding in mincer, potatoes cutting, blanching and grinding in mincer, parsley freezing and grinding in mincer, tuna fish fillet grinding in mincer, mixing of the said components with fish broth, citric acid, table salt and CO2-extract of black bitter pepper, packing of prepared mixture into aluminium tubes with preset ratio of components, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: higher digestibility.
