SUBSTANCE: invention is related to preserved food industry. Preserved food is cooked by onions cutting and browning in vegetable oil, cutting and blanching of potatoes, cutting and freezing of parsley, cutting of tuna fish fillet, mixing of specified components without oxygen access with acetic acid, table salt and black bitter pepper, packing of prepared mixture and fish broth, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
