FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: preserved food for space meals is cooked by onions cutting, browning in vegetable oil and grinding in mincer, cutting, blanching and mincer grinding of potatoes, freezing and mincer grinding of parsley, mincer grinding of tuna fish fillet, mixing of specified components with white dry wine, table salt and CO2-extract of black bitter pepper. Then prepared mixture is packed into aluminium tubes. Afterwards sealing and sterilisation are carried out.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
