FIELD: technology of food products making.

SUBSTANCE: method of preserved food production includes carrots, parsley root, celery root and onions cutting, browning in melted butter and grinding in mincer, potatoes cutting, blanching and grinding in mincer, stinginh nettle freezing and grinding in mincer, rice boiling until mass doubles and grinding in mincer, chicken meat grinding in mincer, mixing of the said components with bone broth, table salt and CO2-extracts of biomass of preset type of micromycete and black bitter pepper, packing of prepared mixture into aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.

EFFECT: preserved food for space meals have higher digestibility compared to similar culinary dish.
