METHOD OF SURGERY TREATMENT OF HEMORRHAGE COMPLICATED BY INTERNAL ORGANS PROLAPSE AND RECTOCELE AND/OR LOWER RECTAL AMPULLA MUCOSA PROLAPSE Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC A61B17/00 

FIELD: medicine; surgery.

SUBSTANCE: method can be applied in treatment of hemorrhage combined with rectocele and/or lower rectal ampulla mucosa prolapse. Internal hemorrhoids are removed in any sequence in projection of 3, 7, 11 hours of clock code. External hemorrhoids are removed. Perianal area cuts are stitched. When an internal hemorrhoid pedicle is gripped the hemorrhoid is pulled outside in the opposite direction, so that a fold of excess lower rectal ampulla mucosa with a hemorrhoid artery within is formed. Ligature is attached to upper end of the fold at 1.5-2.5 cm above internal anal canal orifice. Internal hemorrhoid together with the formed fold is intercepted at 0.3-0.5 cm below the ligature. Lower rectal ampulla and anal canal wounds are stitched radially. A drainage silicon tube and gauze trailer with water-soluble antiseptic salvage are inserted into the anal canal.

EFFECT: obtaining new fixing cicatrical structures between the mucous membrane and muscle layers of lower rectal ampulla, with fixation of the mucosa to the deeper rectal layers for rectal mucosa prolapse removal into the lower rectal ampulla lumen and anal canal.
