SUBSTANCE: method refers to medicine, namely to surgery. Terminal branches of the superior rectal artery are underrun and ligatured 2.5-3.0 cm above a dentate line. That is combined with fixing the internal haemorrhoids with the same figure-of-eight sutures. A sclerosing preparation is administered into the submucous membrane of the haemorrhoids below the sutures.

EFFECT: method for the minimally invasive surgical management of haemorrhoid provides the integrated exposure on the principal pathogenetic factors of haemorrhoid and more effective exposure of the sclerosing solution on the cavernous tissue in a combination with reduced blood supply of the haemorrhoids.
