FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves a combination of latex ligations of the mucous and sub-mucous membranes of the rectal lower ampulla in the diameter of approximately 3 cm by 5 cm above the dental line in a projection of the main vascular lines in a position of 3, 7 and 11 o'clock and additionally in a position of 1, 5 and 9 o'clock.
EFFECT: method provides preserving the physiological function of haemorrhoids in the anal position, reduces a risk of re-canalisation of arterial vessels and an injury rate of a surgical intervention by a combination of the haemorrhoid de-arterisation, mucopexy and fixation of internal haemorrhoids in the anal canal.
